The Quinzaine des Réalisateurs will be screening the World Premiere of the film directed by Fernando León de Aranoa, produced by Mediapro and Reposado Producciones Cinematográficas and featured by Benicio del Toro, Tim Robbins, Olga Kurylenko and Mélanie Thierry.
Moreover, Ian Garrido's short film Victor XX (Escac Films) will participate in the Cinéfondation Selection which has selected 18 shorts from among the 1.600 works submitted this year by film schools from all over the world.
What's more, director Meritxell Colell has been selected to participate in the Cinéfondation Atelier's 11th edition with the project Lands of Loneliness (Polar Star, Habitación 1520). L'Atelier invites 15 directors with promising projects in order to enable them to gain access to international financing and speed up the production process.
This year, around 70 Catalan companies will be attending the Marché du Film, the film fair that takes place in parallel to the Cannes Film Festival and represents its most industrial face. 10 are the Catalan titles to be screened for international buyers:

At last, producer Montse Triola (Andergraun Films) has been selected to participate in the Producers on the Move which is organized by the European Film Promotion in the within the framework of the Cannes Film Festival.
