Liquid Revolution is a reflection of the new approach of the sommelier role, close to the wine producer, humble and generous with the costumer. The sommelier is one more actor in the gastronomic revolution. To show this revolution of attitude and thought, Liquid Revolution follows Audrey Doré, Eduardo Camiña and José Antonio Barragán. The three sommeliers provide a subjective point of view of the profession, sharing their motivations, concerns and experiences. Through interviews with Josep Roca, Guillermo Cruz Alcubierre, María José Huertas, Rafa Bellido, Delia García, Nuria Renom, Anna Vicens, Ruth Troyano and Ferràn Centelles, the profession of the sommelier is defined.
