Marcos, not a very successful film director, is completely immersed in shooting his upcoming film, a queer Giallo, when a series of terrible murders begin to unfold in Barcelona. All of them seem to point to the director. Cut! is a queer Giallo which merges two genres as different from each other such as horror and comedy. It's a film about the single-mindedness of a starry-eyed film director who, despite all his failures, persists in making movie after movie: for movies just must be made, come hell or high water.
